Al Fiorini – Senior Partner
Al brings 54 years of HVAC industry experience, including the founding of Kentuckiana Comfort Center, Inc. and Kentuckiana Curb., Inc, both of which currently do business as KCC Companies, Inc. with corporate offices in Louisville, KY. Al is Chairman and CEO with strong senior leaders in his various companies who have already demonstrated that his company is in great hands for the future.

Al graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a Civil Engineering Degree followed by distinguished combat engineering service in Viet Nam. He actively supports VMI and has a scholarship endowment that supports two full time cadets. Al participates in local and national charitable causes and, when time permits, loves to play golf.
David Dorman – Senior Strategic Partner
David brings 43 years of senior executive, operational, board and investment experience across multiple disciplines including IT, sales, marketing, operations and CEO assignments.
He is a founding partner of Centerview Capital Technology. Centerview Capital partners with the management teams of high potential technology driven companies to help accelerate growth through operational transformation.
Prior to Centerview, David was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Corp. During his time at AT&T he led the company through a profound reinvention and transformation prior to completing the merger of AT&T Corp. and SBC Communications in 2005.
Earlier, David was CEO and Chairman of Pacific Bell where he led an $11 billion business with 50,000 employees.
His career in telecom began in 1981 when he became the 55th employee of the fledgling long-distance carrier, now known as Sprint. By 1990 he became president of Sprint Business with 10,000 employees and grew the company from $5 million to $4.5 billion.
David is the Non-Executive Chairman of CVS Health Corp and he serves on the boards of PayPal Holdings, Inc., Dell Technologies, and the Georgia Tech Foundation.
David holds a BS in Industrial Management with high honors from Georgia Institute of Technology. He suppors GA Tech through his personal endowments and his work within the Georgia Tech Foundation.
Roy Price – Managing Partner
Roy brings 50 years of innovative senior level sales, marketing and general management experience, having participated in and led successful turnarounds and growth strategies of several construction products manufacturing companies.
As EVP, led a transition of multiple manufacturing businesses into a North American singularly focused manufacturing enterprise. The objective was to use the synergies of the economy of scale while retaining individual business characteristics that were the bases for their stand-alone success.
As a participant in an acquisition and later a principal owner served as EVP of a regional metal building manufacturing company. Directly led marketing, sales, IT and engineering over a 10-year span. Ultimately merging with similar companies that were acquired and still operated by NUCOR Building Systems.
Founded a nationwide management consulting and recruiting company that has thrived through current time with a track record of providing common sense operational support for leading companies.
Roy holds a BBA degree from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.
